CONTEXT AND CHALLENGE
Power100 commissioned Rickee Arts to capture the 2026 Richard’s Building Supply Business Growth Expo in Glen Ellyn Illinois.
The event brought together business leaders, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees for an experience centered on professional development, industry relationships, and business growth.
With presentations, interviews, audience interactions, and branded activity unfolding throughout the venue, the challenge was to capture the complete experience without reducing it to a conventional event recap.
The production also needed to generate multiple assets that could continue serving Power100 after the event ended.
Approach
The production was structured around three connected content layers.
The event film documented the larger experience and atmosphere. The sizzle reel created a concise promotional asset for social distribution. The rapid fire interviews preserved individual voices as complete standalone content.
Keynotes, attendee interactions, branded details, exhibitors, and interviews were captured with a consistent visual language so every deliverable felt connected to the same event identity.
This approach transformed one day of production into a broader content package designed for multiple audiences and platforms.
EXECUTION
Rickee Arts managed the complete production process from preproduction and event planning through filming, editing, color, and final delivery.
Coverage combined speaker moments, environmental details, audience participation, business interactions, and rapid fire interviews.
The final edit used pacing, sound, branded visuals, and participant perspectives to communicate both the scale of the expo and the energy inside the room.
Separate interview deliverables allowed individual conversations to remain useful beyond the primary event film.
Outcome
The completed package gave Power100 more than a single event recap.
The event highlight film presented the complete experience. The sizzle reel provided a concise promotional asset. The standalone rapid fire interviews created additional content that could be distributed individually.
The finished work was shared across LinkedIn and Instagram, extending the visibility of the event beyond its in person audience.
The project demonstrates how one live event can become a coordinated collection of brand, promotional, and leadership content.
